The Code of the Community

This is the set of standards.

Held in common by the Masterwork Makers who enter Masterwork360 and commit to developing their distinct Masterwork.

The Masterwork Way is how things are done here. How Masterwork Makers show up. How they engage. How they transmit what they know and receive what others have earned the right to give.

It lives inside the mastermind, the belonging place where the Masterwork Way is practiced, tested, and reinforced.

A Masterwork Maker is Enhavim-driven. Vision leads. Then purpose, followed by mission, who before how.

A Masterwork Maker finishes things.

A Masterwork Maker is in continuous production.

A Masterwork Maker moves from vision into NOW.

A Masterwork Maker holds themselves to a standard that outlasts the moment.

A Masterwork Maker shows up prepared.

A Masterwork Maker takes the long view when the short view is easier.

A Masterwork Maker is as disciplined in what they leave out as in what they include.

The Community Code

How Masterwork Makers engage with and develop each other inside Masterwork360.

The mastermind is the belonging place where the Masterwork Way is practiced, tested, and reinforced. Members enter as Masterwork Makers and are recognized as such from the first day forward.

Masterwork Makers invest in each other's vision, not just their own.

Masterwork Makers transmit what they know without withholding.

Masterwork Makers give honest counsel and receive it with the same dignity.

Masterwork Makers elevate the standard of the room by holding their own.

Masterwork Makers recognize the legacy in progress of each person present.

Masterwork Makers are go-givers. The exchange here runs in both directions.

Masterwork Makers do not compete for position inside this community. The distinct nature of each Masterwork makes competition beside the point.

Masterwork Makers develop others as a condition of their own continued development.

The Distinct Masterwork

No two Masterworks are the same.

Each member of Masterwork360 is developing a Masterwork that belongs entirely to them, a legacy expression drawn from their own vision, experience, and Enhavim. The community holds the standard. The Masterwork Maker holds the vision. The Masterwork Way honors both.

What each Masterwork Maker develops will carry their name, their distinct perspective, and the accumulated weight of the years invested in developing it. The community does not determine what that looks like. It determines the standard to which it is held.

A Masterwork Maker does not compare their Masterwork to another's.

A Masterwork Maker does not rush what deserves time.

A Masterwork Maker holds the archive and the horizon at the same time.

A Masterwork Maker knows the difference between what is finished and what is done.

A Masterwork Maker develops for the people who come after.

Masterwork Makers who enter this community agree, not in writing, but in conduct, to operate by these standards. To hold them when they are inconvenient. To model them when others are watching and when they are not.

The legacy for this community will be measured by how well the Masterwork Way is embodied in the members and in their individual Masterwork.
